Returns
We offer returns within 2 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled by contacting our customer support team directly via phone before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of confirmation, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available on our website.
